When you buy a second hand car by definition
When you buy a second hand car, by definition it has been used before, which could lead to reasons for you not to buy it. The interior of a car could smell unpleasant if previous owners have been smokers or dog owners. Also things like cleanliness are in question when a car is second hand - is there bubble gum stuck in the carpet, are there stains on the upholstery? These are matters you will need to discuss with your Car Dealers and see what they have done (or might possibly need to do) to make the car suitable for its next owner. Some problems, like lingering odours, will not necessarily be able to be easily fixed.
