A Quick Weight Loss Diet Isn’t Healthy

A quick weight loss strategy is not the best strategy when it comes to free diet plans. Why? Usually faster is better, right? Not when it comes to dieting. The more weight a person has to lose, the more important it is for them to take their time. It’s a rule of thumb that a person shouldn’t lose more than 30 pounds a month. That is still to high of a weight total for that short of period of time. Losing weight that quickly can cause significant health problems and long term damage to the body.
